 Orders are processed and packaged 5-10 business days from the order date depending on the item.

 Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a confirmation email and tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's progress. We work with reputable carriers to ensure that your items arrive in a timely and secure manner.

It's important to note that any customs and duties fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we do not cover them.

Local Pickup

If you are located in the Innisfail area, local pickup is available free of charge! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose “local pick up” at check out, and you’re set!
When you arrive, you will see a black bin your order will be waiting for you there.

Refund Policy

Please note that all items are made to order. As such, we don't accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
